7、Dean of College of Communication and Arts The successful candidates will have: leadership in enhancing educational programs, increasing research expenditures, building research groups in critical areas, forging strategic interdisciplinary collaborations. An earned doctorate in a relevant discipline is required, as is demonstrated potential for academic leadership, a strong record of scholarship, success in effective integration of research and teaching, and fluency in English or Chinese. Salary and Term: The successful candidate should work full-time (no less than nine months per annum). Salary will be commensurate with experiences and qualifications.
