Research Fellowship/Assistantship Opening at Utah State University
Post-Doctoral Fellowship: Looking for energetic researchers with strong background in constitutive modeling or multiscale material simulations. Specialty on fatigue and fracture of metals, polymer or short fiber composites is a plus. The primary research will be focused on physics-based damage, fracture, and fatigue modeling and simulations at various scales. If interested, please contact Dr. Yibin Xue via email or visit her website.
Ph.D. Student Research Assistantship: Looking for inspired Ph.D. student with strong background in solid mechanics and/or numerical simulation techniques. The primary research will be focused on understanding damage of heterogeneous materials or fiber-reinforced composites. If interested, please send your resume to Dr. Yibin Xue via email. Application fee can be waived if you meet our admission requirements and background needed for research.
MS Student Research Assistantship: Looking for inspired MS student with interests in mechanical testing and material evaluations. A BS in mechanical engineering, materials science, or similar fields or level is desired. The primary research will be focused on damage and fatigue evaluations of metals and/or composites. If interested, please send your resume to Dr. Yibin Xue via email.
