Postdoctoral Position on composites

Postdoctoral position is available immediately at the Composite Vehicle Research Center at the Michigan State University, Lansing Michigan (http://www.egr.msu.edu/cvrc/). The candidate is expected to work on the area of structural integrity of composite structures. The successful candidate will be someone who holds a PhD degree in engineering mechanics or mechanical engineering and has research interests and expertise in polymer composite materials and structures. Practical experience of experimental testing techniques including Digital Image Correlation and the use of servo-hydraulic testing machines would be a plus. The appointment is for one year and renewable, upon review, for a second year.
