Finite difference method for elasticity

I am trying to solve elasticity equations by Finite Differnce Method using matlab. i am feeling some problems in applying external loading in form of distributed load. i have discritized the displacemet equation but unable to apply distributed laoded in form of deformation. Can some one help me how to apply stress boundry condition (neumann BC)?

Neumann BC
I applied Neuman BC to solve Advection-Diffusion equation for Fluid problem. I am not sure whether it will be useful for you. Still you can have a look at it.
