The Helmholtz-Institute of Materials Research in Geesthacht, Germany, invites applications for a Scientific researcher m/f.
The position is initially limited for one year with the possibility of an additional three-year-extension (starting as soon as possible).
In an international scientific team you will work on the computational modeling of material behavior. You will work in close collaboration with scientists of other disciplines as well as with external users. You should be a team player, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The applicant has to have a master degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mathematics, physics, materials science or related areas. Applications from graduate post-docs are also most welcome.
