QS abour shear load on a plate with a crack

Good mouring, I am using Abaqus to model a antiplane shear loading of a crack in a plate under planestress condition, therefore i have defined the geometry of the problem with thier mechanical properties and loading; i defind a crack i run the analysis i got this following umbarassing errormessages:

The vector components of the trshr load for active translational degrees of freedom cannot all be zero

Triangles, Tetrahedra and wedges may not be used in a contour integral region. 2 elements are within a contour region. The elements are identified in element set ErrElemIncorrContInteg.
