Free Matlab-based Large Deformation Digital Volume Correlation Algorithm

I just posted the Matlab source code of our new 3D Fast Iterative Digital Volume Correlation (FIDVC) algorithm to our lab website:

I also posted several post-processing scripts that our group has developed to calculate surface tractions for materials undergoing finite deformations. Most of our work focuses on using 3D confocal microscopy data to analyze the strain and stress fields mammalian cells generate but the same codes can be used for calculating material strain fields from CT and MRI images undergoing finite deformations.

I've also posted some free Digital Image Correlation (DIC), and 2D Traction Force Microscopy resources.
