Postdoctoral position at SISSA-International School for Advanced Studies

A postdoctoral position is open at SISSA (http://www.sissa.it/) within the research group SISSA-mathLab (http://mathlab.sissa.it/). Prof. Antonio DeSimone (PI of the ERC Advanced Grant 340685-MicroMotility) is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to carry out an experimental activity focused on the study of low Reynolds number micro-swimmers. The postdoctoral researcher is expected to collaborate with other scientists of the group. A suitable candidate should have a strong background as an experimentalist. Experience in optical microscopy and in experimental techniques such as PIV (micro-PIV a plus) is required.
