Senior Program Manager in Automotive, PhD in Materials or Metallurgy background preferred

Novelis is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Automotive. The position is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex projects that create transformative technology platforms, products and processes for the automotive industry.   As a key part of our customer-centric innovation system, this role will have responsibility for developing strong partnerships with  customers, suppliers, and Novelis’ commercial, engineering and manufacturing organizations to drive accelerated commercialization of advanced technology.  The Senior Program Manager, Automotive must be up to date with emerging trends in automotive design and manufacturing technology and will be one of the global automotive industry’s lightweighting technology thought leaders. The ideal candidate would have a proven background in drivin innovation achievements, a minimum of 10 years work experience, minimum 5 years managing techincal projects, PMP, and a Masters Degree or PhD in Material Science or Metallurgy.
