Create a crack on 2D plate using ABAQUS, looking for the stress intensity factor

Hi all,

I am a new user to ABAQUS, and, i am trying to create a crack on a 2D plate by using ABAQUS, and hence look for the stress intensity factor(material: PMMA)

However, i really dun know wut to do after i have created the part (set up the coordinate). 

Could anyone please give me the procedure? (PLZ, PLZ, PLZ)
