We are delighted to announce the 11th European Solid Mechanics Conference that will be held at the National University of Ireland Galway, in the city of Galway, Ireland, 4 – 8 July, 2022. The conference website is: www.esmc2022.org. The conference is being held under the auspices of the European Mechanics Society (EUROMECH www.euromech.org).

Applications are invited for an M.S./Ph.D. position in Computational Mechanics and Materials at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in engineering, math or physics, with prior experience in continuum mechanics, computational modeling, and/or finite element analysis. The position will start in Fall 2017.

Applications are invited for two M.S. positions in Computational Mechanics and Materials at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in engineering, math or physics. The positions will start in Fall 2017.
