We welcome submissions to Computational Geomechanics at the US National Congress on Computational Mechanics. This is a late addition.The conference will be in Chicago, July 20-24, 2025. I am seeking a PhD student preferably starting January 2023, at University of Illinois at Chicago. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (or, in some cases, working toward permanent residency). There are several professors in the department working on related projects in civil infrastructure. The project for which I am recruiting involves finite element or numerical analysis of infrastructure. There is some flexibility in defining the project.
