I am looking for a postdoctoral research assistant to join my group at the University of Oxford to study the mechanical and degradation behaviour of biodegradable polymers. Applications are invited for a 2-year postdoc position in the area of crystal plasticity and finite element modeling of advanced materials. This position is a full-time position at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and the selected applicant can start effective immediately.

The aim of the project is to understand the fracture of advanced materials under various thermomechanical loads and irradiation environments. The selected applicant will collaborate with other group members of Multiscale Deformation Lab.
