Hi everyone,
I am trying to get the history output of strain and stress tensor components at a node. However after analysis is finished no such data are saved in the result section. I think Abaqus only gives the stress and strain for elements and not at nodes. Any help would be highly appreciated. Please consider that I am a new abaqus use.

*ELEMENT OUTPUT, POSITION=NODES

what should we do in Python Then ?
Dear Frank , since I am working on python script , I see that the option (region=elements,position=CENTROID) is available , but I tried other keywords like averaged and nodes as above and it didn't work , any possible help ?
I would really appreciate it
