i'm working with concrete damage plasticity in abaqus i want to know how and where i can get true data's about damage parameters,inelastic strains and
othere parameters and could we get them from a stress-strain curve.
i have some papers but i don't know they are right or wrong.

which kind of Shell element in abaqus S4 or S3
Dear all.
I'm using abaqus for time history dynamic analysis of a shell structure.
i want to know for meshing the structure which kind of element due to my analysis would be grate?
and how can i find some information about element boundary condition and it's initial formulation?
