Does anybody know what this error mean?
The general contact definition is empty. The definition must include at least one surface. If *CONTACT EXCLUSIONS was defined, check whether the *CONTACT EXCLUSIONS option was specified correctly. Additionally, check whether PURE MASTER-SLAVE formulation is applied to any self-contact situations.
I'm working on impact welding. I'm going to see the interface of welded materials. Because of the impact velocity (500m/s) the elements will distort so I switched to the Eulerian method in which the mesh is fixed and material goes through the elements. My model is 3D (necessary condition for Eulerian Analysis in Abaqus) in which two inclined plates will slam together.
I'll apprecite if anybody help me with this error.
