task from abaqus examples manual

hi,

i m trying with the input file :

1.3.2 Superplastic forming of a rectangular box 

from Abaqus Examples manual ,the data check was completed successfully ,but the job due to error when it is submitted and it told me "too many attempts for this increment, so i tried to decrease the time increment in this step but in vain and when i decrease it too much it told me that the time incrementation step it too small and end to be aborted ...Could anyone lzzz help me with it ,i have already tried to increase the elemnt dimension ,i mean decrease the number of elements but ,it was not successful ....how to deal with this problem ??thnx in advance
