Implementing boundary conditions using Penalty method for EFGM method

I followed the following link http://read.pudn.com/downloads92/sourcecode/math/356902/EFGNumericalImpl... for EFGM programming. For a Poisson equation whose domain is a square domain with unknown variable "U" is given zero on "Right vertical" and "Top wall" of the square domain.

Its not explicity mentioned in the above weblink how to implement bpundary condition for "Top or Bottom wall". (or How to implement boundary condition for walls/boundaries which a node in common, either for adjacent walls/boundaries)

Along with that I'm facing issues for implementing the MATLAB code given in the weblink for CFD problems where we have more than one partial differential equations such as continuity equation, momentum equation and energy equation.

Please do guide me for the above issues.

Implementing J. Dolbow T. Belytschko MATLAB code of EFGM for CFD pronlems where more than one partial differential equations are involved such as continuity, momentum and energy equations. 

Can anaybody share the MATLAB code for a heat transfer problem of EFGM method using Penalty method for implementing boundary conditions.
