The NUMISHEET conference series is the most significant international conference on the area of the numerical simulation of sheet metal forming processes. Within Numisheet 2020, we are organizing a mini symposium on “Challenges and Opportunities in Forming Aluminum”. This mini symposium solicits papers on both experimental and modelling aspects of Aluminum sheet forming, such as constitutive modeling of aluminum, formability, anisotropy, deep drawing, damage, fracture, tribology, unique simulation methods combined with experiments, machine learning, process robustness and industrial applications of Aluminum sheets. Abstracts must be submitted by November 11, 2019, to be considered for inclusion. Please visit the link below to get more details on abstract submission.

Mini Symposium Organizers: John CarsleyDavid Anderson, Vishwanath Hegadekatte
