look in Numerical Analysis textbook
For a start. Look at any standard textbook on Numerical Analysis regarding methods for solving a set of simultaneous nonlinear equations. It should be fairly straight forward, unless your set of equations are very poorly behaved.

The solution
I found the answer by Maple software. But I am not sure if it's the only solution or not because it is a complex value. But the equations are seem to be solved. By the way, I couldn't attach the file to comment! If you are interesed in answer, send me your e-mail address so I can compose it to you.
