2D Finite Element Mesh : Plate with a Hole/ Flow over cylinder for higher p order ( p- refinement )

Hi,

I am looking for a code that generates a 2D mesh with higher order p (say p=  5, 6, ..) for plate with a hole problem (or) flow over cylinder.

If any one has any info that would be great !!
