Rotation and calibration in Abaqus

Hi

I have 2 questions,

1- I am doing the crystal plasticity analysis of tensile test, at the first step in order to calibrate my model

I can use either force-displacemnt or stress-strain curve I was wondering which one is better to use, I am using abaqus-explicit

2-I need to find the rotation of elements in abaqus explicit. Are there any ideas about how can I extract the rotation tensor
