We are seeking outstanding candidates for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position at the Institute of High Performance Computing of Singapore, working on a three-year research project of additive manufacturing. The position requires a Ph.D degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, materials science, or equivalent experience. Additional requirements include: 1) Experience in thermal and structural simulations using Abaqus. 2) Experience in molecular dynamics simulations using Lammps. 3) Strong oral and written communication skills in English. 3) Good publication records.

The group of Advanced Materials and Dynamics Lab at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock has one opening for a Ph.D. student in the field of mechanics of materials. The appointment is starting on May 2014 or August 2014.

Enthusiastic and highly motivated postdoctoral scientists are sought to work on 3D printing/additive manufacturing at Singapore.  

The candidates should have rich experiences in relevant research areas, good publication records, and excellent writing skills.

Preference will be given to those with experience in (1) molecular dynamics modeling or (2) manufacturing. The contract will be one year and renewable subject to performance.
