We are pleased to invite you to the workshop “State of the art and challenges in the modelling and design of ultralightweight structures”, which will be held remotely on the 12th of May, starting at 8.45 am BST (UK time). Twelve international academic and industrial speakers will share their research on the characterization, modelling and design of ultralightweight materials and structures.

Five PhD scholarships (36 months) are available within the project LIGHTEN at UCL, TU Delft and University of Trento. The project is funded through Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Innovative Training Networks – European Industrial Doctorate.
Each scholarship is unique, has different recruiting institutions and advisors.
Deadlines in January 2021. The start date is 1st of May 2021.
