FGM
Hi friends,
I want to model a sphere in APDL ANSYS. I should consult sphere for FGM material But I don't know how should write this part in APDL ANSYS.
please help me.

We're running a workshop at the 13th International Symposium on Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering (CMBBE) in Montreal, Canada.
Date: Thursday, September 3rd 2015
Time: 3.25pm-5.30pm
Presenter: Tom Spirka (PhD)
The workshop allows attendees to learn about the many capabilities in our software for generating models from 3D image data (such as MRI and CT) for biomechanics and biomedical engineering. It will cover topics such as:
Dear all,
I am working on project where I have number of pressure files from CFD analysis (Star CCm). The pressure files are orresponding to ship. My aim is to perform transient structure analysis in ANSYS. As per literature survey I have to do analysis neglecting still water bending moment.
Does anybody know how to remove still water bending moment from pressure history that I have ?
Thanking you in Advance .
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston (UH) invites applications for an open rank faculty position at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level beginning Fall 2016. Successful candidates are expected to establish an internationally recognized dynamic research program in the broad areas of solid mechanics or control systems.
Hello, everyone
I made a model to depict thin film on polymer.
Film is modeled to isotropic and elastic material and polymer is modeled to hyperelastic and Neo-Hookean material.
As you can see in my input file, I input all of information needed.
Could you explain why 'elements have incorrect property definitions. The elements have been identified in element set WarnElemIncorrectProperty' error message occurs?
Best,
Taeksang
Below is my input file.
