The Mimics Innovation Suite is our world-leading image
processing software for (bio) medical researchers. Mimics® converts Medical
Images into accurate 3D models. As such it provides a link between MRI/CT
images and Rapid Prototyping, Finite Element analysis and CAD. The software is
used in different application areas, ranging from patient specific device
design to population analyses.
Among our customers are top universities, orthopedic and cardiac companies.
For the team supporting our Mimics Innovation Suite products (biomedical
engineering) we are looking for a Team Leader. In this role you will coach
technical and sales-oriented professionals who work with our medical clients
(surgeons, hospitals, the academic world and medical companies). Of course you
will also play an active role in these activities yourself. Your key activities
include:
- Promoting the products during appointments, making
presentations, organizing events and conferences, … - Coaching the team members when identifying the needs
of clients and aligning products and pricing with them, and support them in th
development of relationships with key customers and decision makers - You are responsible for keeping track of the team’s
efforts by means of detailed records of the contacts, work schedules and
targets.
Profile:
- A degree in life sciences (biomedical sciences or
engineering) is desired. - Your are fluent in English and Mandarin
- You preferably have work experience in an
international environment - Ideally you are familiar with academic institutions
and decision processes - Excellent planning and organization skills are
required, together with a can-do attitude - You have experience managing people
- You are willing to travel
- You have the ambition to become a manager in our
organisation
