Postdoctoral Position Available in United Arab Emirates within the Advanced Digital & Additive Manufacturing (ADAM) Center

A postdoctoral fellow research position is availabe immediately in the Advanced Digital & Additive Manufacturing (ADAM) center at Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates. The research project focuses on design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) with special emphasize on topology-optimization and generative deisgn of multi-functional materials, composites, and structural systems.

Postdoc position - wave dynamics/metamaterials

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow in the fields of mechanical engineering for a duration of 12 months in the wave dynamic lab (http://www.micromechanics.cn/en/) at Beijing Institute of Technology in China. Any candidates with strong experience in wave dynamics of periodic structures, metamaterials and soft structures are welcome. Gross salary 30,000USD annually.

The International Symposium on Composite and Multifunctional Materials will include sessions in Additive Manufacturing, Digital Image Correlation, Non-Destructive Evaluation, Damage Detection, 3D Imaging, Fracture and Fatigue, Multifunctional Materials, Hybrid Materials, Nano and Particulate Composites, and Recycled Composites, as well as Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Bio, and Energy Applications.  An award will be given to the best paper in the symposium.
