I need to implement the elasto-viscoplastic model of Chaboche in a user subroutine in ANSYS accounting also for the plastic strain memorization and for the static and dynamic recovery. In a next step I sould also need to incorporate the damage variable of this model.

I am a doctor course student in Biomechanics in Nagoya University - Japan.
I read a bunch of papers in which the determining the conffecients of hyperelasticty of the skin soft tissue was done by using FE Simulation of an expermiment that can be performed on the skin then TWEAKING (IN FACT ANSYS SUPPOSE TO HAVE AN ITERATIVE MODEULE TO DO THIS) the conffecients so THAT the force-displacement results from the simulation are close enough to the ones obtained from experiment.

I just noticed a new problem with imechanica: when a blog entry has received too many comments, additional comments will be placed on a second page but not linked properly. For example, the comment, "Work-free isochoric deformation", has a link node/5014#comment-10406 , which leads to the original blog entry rather than the comment. One can find the comment either by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and then clicking "Next" or by a direct link, node/5014?page=1.
The essential assumption of Cauchy Stress

In the attached paper, we propose a procedure combining an XFEM/level-set technique and Gurtin-Murdoch surface elasticity to model nanostructures with arbitrary geometries. The effects of free surface which are dominant at small scales are easily captured in this framework.
