Description: To work on aproject related to modeling of composite materials and structures. The project focuses on micromechanics, multifunctional constituents and finite element implementation of developed models.

Could anyone recommend courses, online materials or text books that
would be suitable for teaching the finite element method to someone with
a non-engineering background. This request is on behalf of an MD
student wishing to use the FEM for modelling the wrist. We're initially
looking for introductory materials.

I have analysed a composite part with ansys with solid46 element . I need to show layered stress in each layer for example stress in fiber or stress in epoxy. how can do that ?
