Help in case of modelling PIezo In Abaqus (PLEASE!!)
Hi colleage
I am modelling a Piezo Beam 2D and 3D, i have no problem with 3D when i want to apply voltage load, But in 2D, when i apply load i Dont get any results in case of stress and strain Also when i apply pressure to beam, i Must get Voltage in Piezo but nothing happend, PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS CASE; THANKS ALOT
ASME IDETC 2013 biomechanics symposium at MSNDC conference
Dear colleagues,
The 2013 ASME multibody systems and nonlinear dynamics conference (MSNDC) to be held Aug 4-7 in Portland, Oregon will host a special symposium on biomechanics. John McPhee, Darryl Thelen and I are organizing this symposium on biomechanics (MSNDC-12), and we hope that you will consider submitting your work for presentation and publication in the ASME conference proceedings.
CISM, Udine course on Isogeometric Analysis
Dear all,
To register for the CISM course on isogeometric analysis described here: http://www.cism.it/courses/C1301/ please go to: http://www.cism.it/accounts/login/?next=/courses/C1301/apply/
It would help if you applied early, to make sure there are places remaining. Talk to me if questions arise.

UMAT
Pordon me if i couldn't reach my intention correctly.
You know that I have the functional dependence. For every elastic plastic property I have its termal function.
for example:
E=E(T), NU=NU(T), Syield=Syield(T).
But my question is that is it correct to define:
T=temp
and then
write Those function as props
Props(1)=E(T), etc.
or I ought to dedine the properties at several temprature separately and then define the strains and stresses respectively??
for example:
at T=T0
