Postdoctoral position - nonlinear dynamics
Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) invites applications for a postdoctoral position from motivated individuals interested in modeling and simulation research in Nonlinear Dynamics (supervised by Profs. Pratyush Dayal and Gaurav Srivastava). These applications are sought under Post-Doctoral Fellowships Program of IITGN. The candidate will be required to develop a fully functional suite of computational tools to perform multiphysics modeling and simulation studies on soft materials.
Seminal research work: in-situ mechanical testing under electron microscope
A lot work has been done/published in the area of in-situ mechanical testing using electron microscopy. Please list which, according to what you feel has had a significant impact. Here are two in my opinion:

When a person steps on a nail, the sensor in his foot sends a signal to his brain, the brain sends a signal to his muscle, and he lifts his foot. The example illustrates the sensor, actuator and processor in the nervous system.

IMATI-CNR and the Mathematics Department of the University of Pavia offer a postdoc position on isogeometric analysis. This research project focuses on the design and implementation of innovative isogeometric methods for solid/fluid mechanics. In particular the target applications are related to

Looking for a Postdoc position in the filed of vibration aided fault diagnosis
I am going to finnish my Ph.D. of mechanical engineering with a thesis in the field of vibration assisted fault diagnosis in about 3 months. My main field of research is vibration and I have worked extensively on gear systemes vibration modeling and diagnostics.
Currently I am looking for a postdoc position at which I can continue my researches in the abovesaid fields.
