We are seeking to recruit a PhD student with full financial support in the form of research assistant/teaching assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Binghamton University (SUNY), starting Fall 2023 or Spring 2024. The student will work in a diverse and inclusive research team and collaborate with experimentalists at the University of Minnesota, UC Riverside, Rutgers University. Multiscale and Multiphysics Mechanics of Materials Research Lab (M4RL) has one Ph.D. position (Graduate Research Assistantship) available in the field of advanced multifunctional durable concrete and cementitious materials. The research work will have both computational and experimental components.
