Submitted by Farhana Abedin on

Hello

I am trying to learn Abaqus but I am facing some problems. I will be very much grateful if you  kindly give the solutions of the following problems.

 I want to know,

 1. How to assign two different areas on a two dimensional part?

2. How to tie different parts and locate coincident nodes at the boundaries of instances on the assembly?

3. How to merge coincident nodes?

I really want to learn it, please help me.

Thank you.
