One postdoctoral and/or one MSc/PhD position are available in the Bioresource Engineering Department of McGill University for January 2018. The postdoctoral researcher and MSc student will work on a multidisciplinary research project involving Metamodeling, Optimization, Statistical analysis, and Numerical multiscale simulation to develop a predicative mathematical-computational model to analyze statistical biological data and to simulate transport phenomena in porous biological media. The candidate will work under the supervision of Dr.

One MSc/PhD position is available for January 2016 for Canadian students or for September 2016 for Internatioanl students in Bioresource Engineering Department of McGill University in a collaboration with the Mechanical Engineering Department. The research direction is on Bioenergy and Biomass, specifically on numerical simulation and experimental testing of the thermal behavior and gasification.
