I am trying to extract the eigenvalues of the User-Defined Element. I am getting following error when I try to extract frequencies using Lanczos method

I tried to open ODB file through ABAQUS CAE , but i got this error:
"Cannot open file C:/Temp/job-1.odb. rfm_RowImpl::PrepReadField: Attempt to access absent field data in ODB/CAE file (ddr_Ddb:name).
File may be unreadable."
Does anyone know how i can fix it?
