Postdoc position in computational analysis of polymer nanocomposites at Leibniz Universität Hannover

At Leibniz Universität Hannover, Institute of Structural Analysis, a postdoc position in the field of computational analysis of polymer nanocomposites is available from now. The initial contract will be granted for two years, a further extension is intended in order to facilitate a habilitation.

JRF position available in CFD and FSI at Shiv Nadar University

Applications are invited for the position of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a sponsored project involves CFD study of Bio-inspired Underwater Vehicle in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Shiv Nadar University. The project deals with modeling and simulation and developing a fluid-solid integrated model for the biomimetic underwater vehicle. The position is temporary and is available immediately. The candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, and successful candidate may be allowed to register for Ph.D. in MED of the University.

Openings are available for PhD. students in the Nanomechanical MUltiphysicals lab at UT-Dallas, with a start date of August 2018. Outstanding candidates may be considered for starting in January 2018.

The research topics are experimental in nature, and cover the areas of nanomechanics, electrical-mechanical coupling in nanostructures, and in-situ electron microscopy.
