A post-doctoral associate position jointly funded by the NIH and NOCSAE is available at the Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College. This position will support research in biomechanics of the human brain in vivo and the mechanisms of traumatic brain injury in the context of sports-related concussion, using stereovision, image-analysis, and finite element modeling. Position within ERC Strarting Grant MINATRAN in Univ of Erlangen

There is a postdoctoral research position within Dr. K.E. Aifantis's ERC Grant MINATRAN at the Univ of Erlangen. It is concerned with the effect of nanoparticles on cell cultures. A PhD in materials science, or cell biology is required as well as knowledge on cell cultures and materials characterization (SEM/TEM).
