postdoctoral position in Solid Mechanics.  I have working
on Computational Mechanics for five years and my PhD research topic is
"Shape-Free Plane Hybrid Stress-Function Finite Element Method". Some

You will perform research and development work using active/passive vibration control measures to reduce vibration of typical offshore structures. You will also develop new

numerical models, new control algorithm, and optimize the locations of actuator/sensors.

Li-ion batteries for large-scale electrochemical storage systems: Fundamental studies, life-prediction and optimization

This project on Li-ion batteries will focus on experimental, theoretical modeling, and numerical simulation-based approaches aimed towards managing electro-chemo-mechanical degradation, capacity fade, and power loss. Moreover, thermal management and safety aspects will be looked at for life-prediction and optimization of Li-ion batteries.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
