I need to know how to to determine the work needed to push  water through a 20 foot thinwall plastic tube ( Polyethylene) with an inner diameter of 4 mm at a rate of 100, 250 and 500 mL/minute. The tube is level throughout. What pressure will I need? How much energy does this take ? Accuracy not needed just an approx figure will be fine at this time, as we will run testing later. The reason for need this is to select a pump for the job.

I have an Abaqus 6.12-3 installed on a Windows 8 64-bit system.
Everything works smoothly. I am easily able to take control of the CAE
and model, define loads, steps, sections and jobs. The problem is while
running the jobs. The job aborts splashing an error "Unable to change
the current working directory to
C:\Users\ANIABU~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Ani Abu_I-beam_3876." This happens
with all the jobs. Rarely does the job complete successfully, but I am
unable to understand the underlying procedure. I did not request any

 i am new to ANSYS mechanical for just to know in ANSYS Mechanical up to what tolerance limit it can handel (either we can model in micro, nano scale).is there any separate procedure or software to analyse  these type of problem
