Dr. Metin Sitti received his BSc and MSc degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1992 and 1994, respectively, and PhD degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1999.

Our group at Delft University of Technology has recently published a study on Deformation and Fracture of 3D printed disordered lattice materials. Applications are invited for a University Lectureship (equivalent to a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the US system) in Biomechanics and Mechanobiology. The successful candidate will join the Mechanics, Materials and Design Division to add to its expertise in Bioengineering. Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in Engineering or a related discipline and ideally with post-doctoral experience.
