Can anybody help me on AUTODYN subroutine?
When I implement failure model into AUTODYN by user subroutine, I fonud there are some differences between results come from subroutine and the results computed by AUTODYN'S provided material model. Is there anybody who is kind enough and familiar with AUTODYN's user subroutine to help me? If possible, an example of a failure model(for example, Johnson-Cook failure model) is highly appreciated.

Question: ANSYS & Laminate Composite Plate
Hi friends
I want to use ANSYS to find the maximum deflection of a laminate composite plate that is made of graphite epoxy .It has 100 mm width and 500 mm length.
The layup is [45(10),0(10)] (20 Layers).
The plate is simply supported along all 4 edges and is subjected to a uniformly distributed transverse direction load p=10,000 N/m2.
The material properties of the layers are as below:
Everything is miscellaneous (Video)
While preparing a talk on iMechanica , I came across the following video "Information R/evolution" by Michael Wesch, an assistant professor of anthropology at Kansas State University. This thought provoking video echoes a recent comment on "The future of knowledge?"
Enjoy!
