A seminar at Paris VI inst. d'alembert - One, no one, and one hundred thousand crack propagation equations: thursday June 5th. 1

Prof Jean -Baptiste Leblond (http://www.lmm.jussieu.fr/~leblond/)

kindly invited me to give a seminar at Inst. d'alembert - Paris VI

Thursday June 5th. 11h30am --- I take the chance to invite a few people: http://www.lmm.jussieu.fr/~neukirch/people/seminaire/

Problem in Abaqus

Hello

I am trying to learn Abaqus but I am facing some problems. I will be very much grateful if you  kindly give the solutions of the following problems.

 I want to know,

 1. How to assign two different areas on a two dimensional part?

2. How to tie different parts and locate coincident nodes at the boundaries of instances on the assembly?

3. How to merge coincident nodes?

I really want to learn it, please help me.

Thank you.

You are invited to join your peers by registering for this popular single-stream meeting.

Seek a conference paper on the 18th ASCE Engineering Mechanics Division Conference, June, 2007, Virginia, USA.

Hi, Everyone,

I would like to seek a conference paper titled "EPC method for PDF solution of nonlinear oscillators excited by Poisson white noise" in the proceedings of the 18th ASCE Engineering Mechanics Division Conference, June, 2007, Virginia, USA. (CD-ROM). Acutally, I am the second author of the paper and haven't participated in the conference because of no USA visa. So, I have not a copy of the proceedings.
