Explicit Dynamics with ANSYS LS-DYNA training course
This training course covers the ANSYS LS-DYNA Interface, which seamlessly links the ANSYTS traditional environment pre- and post-processing software with the LS-DYNA explicit solver to conduct highly nonlinear, transient dynamic analyses. Sequential solutions are also discussed, in which the ANSYS implicit solver is used in conjunction with the LS-DYNA explicit solver to extend the range of applications.

Using XFEM with Implicit Dynamic step in Abaqus
Hi,
I have used XFEM in Abaqus for static analysis. I use traction-separation cohesive behavior with XFEM.
I want to use XFEM in implicit dynamic analysis. I am using Abaqus version 6.12. As far as I know xfem was allowed only with static analysis in earlier Abaqus versions (6.9). I read that the newer versions have implicit dynamic analysis compatiblity with XFEM.

ainsotrpic plasticity in Abaqus
Hello
Does anybody know how to input ainsotrpic plasticity in Abaqus?
I have an orthogonal elastoc plastic material and to input elastic properties I use engineering constants but to input orthogonal plasticity (not for all components) I have no clue.
